Brad is responsible for winning work for approximately 100 staff in the South Queensland’s Property & Buildings Business.
Prior to working with Josh, Brad’s biggest challenge in moving to a broader client facing and business development role was knowing whether his day to day actions were actually having an impact and yielding the results he wanted. He was used to being in a more technical role, where his everyday actions could easily be measured and the feedback on his efforts were instant. Because he was now in a broader and more strategic role - his efforts today may not be realised for another 6 to 12 months. This was having a big impact on Brads confidence, putting him into overwhelm and impacting his ability to lead his team. Patterns of procrastination and moving back to his technical role comfort zone started to kick in and this was blocking his progression forward and his ability to think strategically.
