Game Changing Online Modules
- These modules have been designed and crafted to teach you how to become an incredibly successful leader, teacher and coach! Each customised module contains amazing, practical and incredibly useful content on key topics which will ensure your success. In these modules you will learn:
- Your role and responsibilities as a business leader, mentor and coach.
- About the different personality styles and types of people that you will likely work with, have on your team etc. and how to get the best out of them.
- How to identify unconscious blockages in individuals and how to help them see what they currently cannot see about themselves.
- To be aware of any limiting beliefs and unconscious blockages that might be holding yourself, your team members, your business partners, your coaching clients and anyone else you work with back and then being able to take conscious steps towards achieving goals and overcoming these limiting beliefs and thoughts.
- How to create a safe space for anyone you are working with to allow them to trust you, open up to you, feel at ease with you and ultimately allow you to help them to get the best out of themselves.
- To be an incredibly effective listener which will allow you to be truly present with your team, your business partners and coaching clients and allow you to really understand what is going on at an unconscious level for them.

Fortnightly Online Group Training Sessions
- Live Group Trainings with Josh, Gabrielle and Perry. 26 x 1 Hour Live Online Group Sessions every fortnight for the duration of the program. Held in our High Definition video conferencing system. These sessions are an amazing opportunity to connect with the Ignite Coaching Team and to interact with other like-minded individuals in the program.
- These sessions are in-depth training sessions designed to teach you leadership and coaching processes, tools and techniques and are also an opportunity to work with our experienced facilitators with any specific business or coaching experiences that you want to understand more deeply.
