1 Day Business Growth Workshop

Thursday June 20th
(All session times are in AEST)

Session 1 - 9am to 10:30am:

• Welcome + Momentum Snapshot, your business progress & setting the workshop up for success.
• "Old Beliefs vs New Beliefs" - Upgrade how you view your business and what's possible, in order to build a successful business that you TRULY want. 
• "Strategy + Vision" - Where are you taking your business and why is it important. 

Morning Tea - 10:30am to 11am

Session 2 - 11am to 12:30pm:

• "Group Mastermind"
• One of us is not as smart as all of us, and in this session we're going to put our heads together and work as a group to help you break through your current stuck points and grow your business to that next level.

Lunch - 12:30pm to 1:30pm

Session 3 - 1:30pm to 3pm:

• "Business Planning + Strategic Planning"
• Working together to build out your 12 month Business Plan and your longer term Strategic Plan. 

Workshop Close - 3pm
