Day 1
Wednesday March 12th

All Boardroom Members + Guests

 

Session 1 - 9am to 10am:

  • Welcome + Momentum Snapshot, your business progress & setting the intensive up for success.

Session 2 - 10am to 11:30am:

  • "The Marketing Plan Builder"

  • Build your marketing plan and gain clarity on the actions needed to win more work and successfully grow your business in a competitive market.

Session 3 - 11:30am to 1pm:

  • "Easy Recruitment In A Tough Market"

  • Our fool proof recruitment strategy that’s effortless to implement and positions your business as a magnet for top-tier talent.

Session 4 - 2pm to 3pm:

  • Integration / Q&A / Group & Individual Work

  • Spend time with the Ignite Coaches and other Boardroom members integrating what you've learnt, bouncing around ideas and in general getting stuff done.

Day 2
Thursday March 13th

All Boardroom Members + Guests

 

Session 1 - 9am to 10:30am:

  • "Getting Set Up For Growth" 

  • Discover the key ingredients to set your business up for growth, with a roadmap to guide your next steps and ensure your business is ready to thrive.

Session 2 - 10:30am to 12pm:

  • "Group Mastermind"
  • One of us is not as smart as all of us, and in this session we're going to put our heads together and work as a group to help you break through your current stuck points and grow your business to that next level.

Session 3 - 12pm to 1pm:

  • "Business Priority & Action Plan"
  • Reset & re-look at your business priorities, review what you've learnt and set an action plan to implement and build the momentum required to grow your business. 

Session 4 - 2pm to 3pm:

  • Integration / Q&A / Group & Individual Work

  • Spend time with the Ignite Coaches and other Boardroom members integrating what you've learnt, bouncing around ideas and in general getting stuff done.

Day 3
Friday March 14th

Mastermind Members Only

 

Session 1 - 9am to 10:30am:

  • Gary Spence: "Scaling High-Growth Firms Nationally & Beyond"

  • Learn from our incredible guest speaker as he shares his business journey growing multiple engineering consultancies to 500+ staff across Australia as well as holding a number of board positions. 

Session 2 - 10:30am to 1pm:

  • Business Strategy & Brainstorm
  • We'll work together as a group on your current business strategy and your plans for growth. You'll leave this session with an updated business strategy & a clear plan on what's required to grow.

About This Event:

Venue:
Our venue for the Intensive is the Oaks Gold Coast Calypso Plaza Suites

Booking Your Accommodation:
There is accommodation at the conference venue itself. There are also several options within a short walking distance. Group discount rates are currently being sourced. Please contact [email protected] if you would like further information.

Airport Transportation:
The venue and Coolangatta itself are a short 5-10 minute Uber or taxi ride from the Gold Coast Airport (approx. $10-$20).

Parking
There's limited complimentary parking for external visitors to the venue on a first in first served basis.

  Parking is also available at The Strand (Warner Street Entrance), 73 Griffiths Street, Coolangatta for approximately $23 for 6+ hours. 

What to bring:
Laptop, notebook and pen. Definitely pack swimmers, sunscreen, beach shoes/thongs, and comfortable clothes and walking shoes for activities. Feel free to bring your surfboard too!

What To Wear:
We’re pretty casual. We’ll be workshopping, walking and moving throughout the day so make sure you’re comfortable. Smart-casual for the Intensive itself & whatever else you need to be comfortable for the rest of the event. Bring a change of clothes for dinner–some venues don’t allow thongs so you might want to bring a back up option!

Member Inclusions:
Boardroom Members will need to cover their flights, accommodation, parking, and meals (other than the Boardroom dinner).
Ignite Coaching is gladly covering a welcome drink, the conference (includes tea and coffee), and the Boardroom dinner (food only).
