Start by getting better at setting boundaries. Block out dedicated time in the morning and afternoon for your priorities. Use this time to focus on your three big rocks for the day, ensuring you prioritise high-value tasks before becoming available to your team and clients.

 

  • Delegate and Empower:

 

Empower the team around you. Let go of the need for perfection and trust your team. Delegating tasks and empowering others to take ownership fosters a sense of responsibility and accountability.

 

  • Pattern Interrupt:

 

Implement pattern interrupt techniques. Set reminders on your phone throughout the day to remind yourself to question whether what you’re currently doing, or about to do, align with the best use of your time. This helps break routine, default behaviours that aren’t helping you grow and prompts you to refocus on your priorities.

So, understanding that you are the bottleneck is the first step to unlocking your business's true potential. By implementing strategic changes in your mindset and daily practices, you can remove yourself as the bottleneck, allowing your business to grow and thrive.
