After merging with other firms - we didn’t just stop there.
We unlocked serious growth by cross-selling services across the group.
Town planners introducing engineers.
Engineers teaming up with architects.
Enviros partnering with engineers.
It deepened existing client relationships and significantly increased project value.
It also helped us win more work - faster.
Even if you’re not doing the M&A thing – look for strategic partnerships that can tip you into work.
3) A 10X Vision
This was the game changer.
We stopped thinking like a $3M business and started acting like a $30M one.
We stopped chasing jobs and started building a company.
The 10X mindset forced us to focus on what was truly important.
To lead. To build real strategy, structure and scale.
It wasn't easy and it certainly wasn't all beer and skittles along the way.
But it worked.
